I told them i wasn’t interested as I could go to advance auto and buy one cheaper. They had to jump the battery to get the car started. When I took it to advance auto, who sells batteries, they ran check on it and said the battery was good just needed to be recharged. The battery posts were severely corroded. A little confusion about where my service was to be performed. Went to the Nissan service center and was sent to the Used Car service center but that was not an issue for me. Very friendly folks and a very accommodating environment.

They Go beyond extra Mile of doing what is expected of them, aside from change oil, Checking of my headligjts and break lights, they even check and change my wiper blades at the back. which I don’t expect that they Will check it and by that I believe that they check everything thoroughly and that made me really satisfied.

As always the personnel are polite, know, and seem to care for the customer, However, the last trip they replaced my alternator then said I needed a new battery for $199. I told them i wasn’t interested as I could go to advance auto and buy one cheaper. They had to jump the battery to get the car started. When I took it to advance auto, who sells batteries, they ran check on it and said the battery was good just needed to be recharged. The battery posts were severely corroded. A little confusion about where my service was to be performed. Went to the Nissan service center and was sent to the Used Car service center but that was not an issue for me. Very friendly folks and a very accommodating environment.

My experience on my last Service is very sarisfactory. They are really friendly and Service oriented people. They Go beyond extra Mile of doing what is expected of them, aside from change oil, Checking of my headligjts and break lights, they even check and change my wiper blades at the back. which I don’t expect that they Will check it and by that I believe that they check everything thoroughly and that made me really satisfied.
