When you drop your vehicle off for service and you don’t want to wait, Southern Team has two options…1.)  New Hailer System – Our Service Customer Care Team will be able to “Hail” an Uber or Lyft directly from our systems. If your factory vehicle warranty covers Uber/Lyft services for the repair, we can arrange this directly with your vehicle’s manufacturer coverage. If this service is your responsibility, we can add the charge to your Repair Order for a single payment.

2.)  Rental Inventory – We will continue to offer our extensive rental inventory. You may request a rental unit when speaking with our Service Customer Care Appointment Center, or by emailing [email protected]. Similar to our new “Hailer” option, if your vehicle’s manufacturer covers alternate transportation for your repair, we can directly bill the rental to the factory. If you will be paying for the rental, we can add this to your Repair Total, allowing you to pay for both the repair and rental together.
