Important Update: Shuttle Van Service Discontinuation. Effective November 30, 2025, Southern Team Automall will be discontinuing our Shuttle Van Service. To continue providing convenient transportation options for our valued customers, we are introducing two great alternatives:  1.)  Ride Share: Hail an Uber or Lyft for quick and easy transportation.  2.) Rental Options: Take advantage of our available rental inventory while your vehicle is being serviced.  We’re excited to offer these new solutions, designed to get you where you need to go — faster, more conveniently, and right on time.  See a Service Advisor for complete details.

Also, we are happy to service all brands that are not sold by SOUTHERN TEAM at our full-service department, located at SOUTHERN TEAM Used Car Supercenter, 6900 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke.

NOTICE: Please remember your appointment is for the time to meet with your Advisor, it is not the time the vehicle will come into the shop. The vehicle comes in when the next lift becomes available after your vehicle is checked in for an appointment.
